The Organization for Welfare Services – OWS is a non-political, non-profit, non-sectarian social voluntary organization. It has been established on 16th December, 2017 by the General Meeting at House No.136, Debishingpara, attended some ordinary and elite persons from different words in Rajshahi City Corporation. The OWS a people-oriented organization for socio-economic development in different sectors especially in employment creation, rehabilitation and welfare, adolescent humanity, Social education and awareness, tree planting and social forestation and social entertainment etc.
Our Management
The Executive Committee (08 June 2025 – 07 June 2028) is the principal body guiding and implementing the organization’s vision. It ensures compliance with regulations, transparency in financial and administrative matters, and accountability across all units. The Committee convenes regularly to review reports, approve budgets, and oversee programs aligned with organizational objectives. Members uphold integrity, inclusiveness, and service, providing strategic direction to strengthen community engagement and sustainability. Through collective leadership and participatory decision-making, the Committee safeguards credibility and ensures initiatives are delivered with professionalism and cultural resonance.
